Wapinter related with Scam? Why he repeat to promote ICO with fake team ?

I just saw now another Scam Accusations that was posted by rpi3eu about MEGATRON ICO scam. Bounty manager was Wapinter, he promote MEGATRON with fake team. It was past few days ago. And recently I caught another ICO called xeonframe with fake team too. Both ICO has use fake photo from Google.
Both bounty manager was Wapinter. He was aware about megateon after Scam Accusations and locked their thread. It's well. I accept it's first mistake he can't find their team members on Google. But he already experienced that ICO can use fake photo from Google. Am I right ? It's not long time ago happened about MEGATRON.
Recently he post another bounty called xeonframe. This ICO also use fake photo. So why Wapinter didn't check out their team as well as he has previous experience with same thing.
If I say he is related with both scam. I will wrong? Because all the evidence saying that not by me !
Also it's proved that he has multiple account. He already taged for multiple account.
Do you think he should tag again for promote multiple scam ICO? So people can aware about him.

Finally I want to say even he is not related with scam, why he didn't research at least about team?
If exit ICO after bounty, there we can consider. Because actually no one can say who will scam. Even there is original team. That's called exit scam. But both case on midle of ICO running. And it's clear that both ICO has use fake team. So why Wapinter not research next ICO even though he have past experience. As well reputed manager should do this mistake ? I believe my point isn't wrong.

Main reason to say scam for fake team members picture. Their team is not existing and they chose from google. Most of team member is fake. They just use linkedin logo but there is no any profile link. I will describe below those I have strong evidence.
