Whats up with all the mandatory updates lately?
Is it really necessary?
Because its really not helping much when there are issues with exchanges.

Why dont you inform the community when they are comitted?

Whats the status with Yobit?
Are they informed what version they must use?

So many guys in the team but so little info..

Hi cgt99,

We did some minor updates lately to keep the network healthy and secure, these are mandatory so that the ZeroCoin mint and spend feature will work flawless. Banning versions older than 4.0.3.6 is fore the same reason.

Yobit is in maintenance for 3 months now. We did all we can and sent them many requests (for example: support tickets, personal messages, twitter and the trollbox) to update to the latest wallet. The only answer we got so far was: No Info. We are aware that they have 50+ coins in maintenance and that they don't give a fuck about there investors. We won't give up and the only thing we can do now is legal action like we announced in our Roadmap.

I agree... The devs are so unprofessional. They outright ban old versions instantly without even giving allowance for exchange to update their client without screwing the transactions up. Not even a notice at all.

Hi xldon2lx,

Unprofessional? We have very good contact with the exchanges where we are listed.

Bitcointalk is an platform where you can easy spread FUD. I'm not much around here. We are very active in Discord Twitter and Telegram. I would like to invite you there to discuss your issues with our team and community and keep you in the loop for the latest news and announcements.

Ok, thanks for the update.

I think Bitcointalk gives good visability and transparency for the coin which is lost if everyone hides in chatrooms.
I hope you guys will continue to provide updates in this thread.
Discord and Telegram might be great though for users to get fast support with wallet issues and configs.

Twitter is good but also annoying with all the scammer spam.
