I have not seen that issue - but you should try wiping everything in your %appdata%\BitcoinZ directory EXCEPT YOUR WALLET.DAT and letting it sync from scratch.

If you're importing, you need to make sure that you imported ALL your keys (including z-address keys).

lolol yeah... that's called re-indexing, and "No Devs?" = asking why no response from the people who should know this stuff through and through.
