you can work whenever you want, you choose your own hour, If you want to sleep at noon, you can do that.
If you want to take the weekend off you can explore the city, by all means,go for it.
As a freelancer, you can actually work during your most productive hours.
As what I think trust logic is a system in which the job seekers or jobless people will comply their resume or other personal background in order to find a better job that is really suited for them and it depends on the company you are in. This project as what i have observed is aiming to less the unemployment and the job seekers have a regular job not as a freelance, because if you want to have your own schedule you can actually work as a part time employee.
