This issue has been beat to death.... if paid directly to HF wallet for batch 1 customers.. refunds are in btc. I would not have ordered from them if this was not the case.. i learned all too well from the june2012 BFL order.. (or maybe i didn't learn so well
)Can you please point me to the post where a HF representative explained that users that paid BTC to their direct wallet will be treated differently from customers that paid BTC to their BitPay wallet when it comes to refunds? I must have missed that.
