what you have to do is

just send your steep to the given address and you you will start getting 2% return on your invested steep every 48 hr.
the return will be send on your steep address from which you send 

example :

investor xyz invested 15000 steep on 20th june 2018

he will start getting return every 48hrs

1 return 22 june : 300 steep

2 return 24 june : 300 steep

the return of invested steep will be send to the address from which you invested
