I would have to say that Binance is the better exchange. Over the past couple of months, they have been able to position themselves as the top altcoin exchange in a very short period of time.
I have also been impressed with their communication with the community.A few months back, there was an attempted hack on user funds and Binance was able to thwart hacker attempts while keeping the everyone updated.
