This is an interesting idea and I like to know more but there is just too much reading in this thread. It would be nice to see a summary for Smart City Eco.

How far are they, latest news and what was discussed already in the thread? That is interesting to me if anybody can help I will be grateful.

I think that today there are no borders in coding and new programs developing. The only barrier could be lack of resources.
