here's what I do to get a good night's sleep

1. Do not diner near bedtime
2. Warm bath before bed
3. Set the room temperature The ideal room temperature to get a good night's sleep is 20-23° C
4. Do not play mobilephone or laptop in bed
5. Stop drinking coffee and alcohol in the afternoon
