In China, a group of pirates would have collaborated with computer maintenance companies to use cyber-café computers to undermine crypto-currencies.
The police reportedly arrested 16 individuals suspected of participating in a crypto-currencies mining operation. These would have managed to get the equivalent of 5 million yuan (650 000 euros) by diverting last year more than 100 000 computers placed in internet cafes of 30 Chinese cities.

They would have developed a malware allowing them to undermine the crypto-monnaie Siacoin (SIA) on infected devices. They would then have asked several computer maintenance companies to take advantage of routine checks to inject this software into cafes computers.
The investigation is still underway: malware would still be present at internet cafes in more than 30 Chinese cities, and more than 100 computer maintenance companies in the country would be involved.
this news is really important for cryptocurrency users to be careful, is it related to the decrease of all crypto coin prices? the current price of all crypto coins dropped dramatically
