Has anyone got bter to solve this problem yet?
I am starting to get antsy, as I have over 10btc stuck in bter and not able to withdraw. They have not answered their emails and their QQ support is useless, they don't even understand (or pretend to not understand) a simple request to address the problem, even after giving them simple english descriptions.
I saw someone reporting success after using google translate to speak chinese to the QQ support (shame they don't even speak english...).I am starting to get antsy, as I have over 10btc stuck in bter and not able to withdraw. I also Pmed the bter accounts in this forum without any luck.
I don't even have QQ installed so didn't try.
