The ERC20 ICX tokens will be swapped to mainnet ICX coins with a 1:1 swap exchange rate (1 ERC20 ICX token = 1 mainnet ICX coin). Please be aware that once the token swap is made, you cannot convert them back to ERC20 ICX tokens.

So if I leave my coins in Binance, everything will be fine?
No need to pay the high fee?
Indeed just leave it on Binance and they will take care of the sawp. relax while sawp goes on
Binance, Upbit, and Bithumb will auto swap your ERC-2o tokens to ICON tokens, but after the token swap, whats the best way to store ICON for long term? Trezor/Ledger?
Ledger support will come in future for now they have chrome app wallet. you can store ICX there.
