earlier this year I tried to hold some coins and tokens but saw the market and the exchange getting downhill, what is the best move to sell it or hold it?
The best you can do is hold it for this time because the market is so volatile. This time is not for selling it's for buying time because some of coins now are down price that you can afford so buy now instead of selling it.
