1. How are allocated funds for each campaign (Signature, Twitter, YouTube...) in %?

2. Do the all funds collected are counted, or only funds collected in main ICO (do the funds collected in presale are also included to bounty pool) ?

3. "1. Min. 15 posts/week in at least 7 different section of the forum" - As i know this forum have only 5 sections - maybe you mean topics not sections?
