My GPUs are running the same as ever, 730 kh/s on my 7970 and 430 on my 6950. Maybe one of your components is on its way out?

I have just had them for a day. It says they both are manufactured 2013-12-12.

edit: It seems like bitcoin client uses a lot of GPU power when downloading blockchain.

When I closed it hashrate increased a lot.
