I really don't know what to say about this franchise stuff... So you can open an energy provider in a city of your choice for just 10k mwat? I mean that's like 500 USD. How is that profitable for RED?
Check out the web page for more information. I can tell you that the type B franchise that you are talking about (10k) is the cheapest available. Also RED will finance most (if not all) of the process of opening the plant, but will also get most of the monthly income.
