It is difficult to say how long it will take to complete this process and whether all countries will legalize it. This is an internal matter of each state and no one has the right to interfere with them. Many countries banned bitcoin and there is some countries accept bitcoin. Some government see bitcoin as negative and some government see bitcoin as positive. Government who think or say that bitcoin is negative thing, because they think that if they accept bitcoin sooner or later their plan or system will not be supported by the people.  I have not heard yet that states were afraid to legalize bitcoin, because it creates inflation. In my opinion, bitcoin has no value to inflation.
