There are 8 activities where the payment is in W12 tokes, but it goes through referral program.
All these activities are about traffic.
It means that the more traffic (clicks) you are able to make and thus the more people will buy W12 tokens via your referral link - the more reward you will get.
They are:

• Articles and press-releases in cryptoblogs and media
• Youtube ico reviews
• Paid options and banners at ico trackers
• Email marketing (do not confuse it with spam)
• Banners on web sites
• Recommendations and asking friends
• Traffic advertisors
• Posts in social media accounts (twitter, reddit etc) if you are a crypto influencer

It does not really matter what source of traffic will be used for promotion of your referral link. What matters is that you are now allowed to use spam for this purpose.

With the referral program you can:
earn up to 7% of the W12 token purchase amount by each user you refer
earn up to 35% of earnings on the referral program by each user you refer (two-level referral program)
give an additional 3% discount to all users who bought tokens by clicking on your link or entered your promotional code
get 500$ for each ico project that starts selling tokens via W12 platform (using your referral link)

So you can get your commission both if someone buy W12 tokens via your referral link (level 1) and also if there will be buyers of W12 tokens via the link of your referral (level 2)

We pay 280$ per 1000 words in W12 tokens for translations.
100$ per 1000 words in W12 tokens for editing/proofreading.

We pay 1$ in W12 tokens for 1 link.
1 W12 token = 0.00035 ETH
Just make a list of influencers in your country.
50 youtubers and 150 cryptoblogs in your language for instance. So your reward will be 200$.
If you think that you won't be able to find that many influencers or blogs - just write on telegram @heylisa and say how many is possible.
Even if you are able to find 50 links - we will pay anyways.

4. Avatars and signatures at bitcointalk
Participators will receive a reward for carrying the W12 signature.  
█ Participants are required to join our telegram group
█ Make 10 Constructive posts a week minimum
█ As you apply, we define your rank, and if it changes during the campaign perioid, make sure to inform the bounty manager
█ To get signature rewards, you need at least 50 posts written at the end of the campaign
█ We will ban and will not send W12 tokens to spammers and multi accounts
█ We don’t reward avatars, only as an addition to signatures
█ Users not posting a min of 10 posts per week for 2 consecutive weeks will be removed
█ Receiving negative trust or ban during your participation in our campaign will result in you being disqualified from our campaign receiving nothing
█ If we feel there's a lot of spam posts you're making you will be removed from the campaign and receive no payment
█ Do not change signature during campaign
█ Discussion Boards we do not count, Games and round, Micro earnings, Politics and Society, Off-topic, Archival, Posts in "tipster" threads, Auctions, Lending, Beginners and help. Press and Investor based games are good.

5. Content creation (articles and video) for our blog
If you are a crypto analyst and write really good articles concerning crypto and ico topics, we will be happy if you join our bounty campaign.
In order to start working with us you have to send your current articles to our bounty manager on telegram @heylisa
Then our team makes a pre-moderation and decides whether your skill is high enough to create really qualified content for our blog.
If they (articles) are good, we start working with you.
We give you a full list of topics which should be used in articles.
We pay from 100$ per article - depending on the length and quality of the article.
As for making video content - it is all about animation videos that describe values of our platform.
We pay from 200$ per video - depending on the duration and quality. Before working with us you should also send your current examples to bounty manager on telegram @heylisa.

6.Projects evaluation inside W12 marketplace
In order to participate in the evaluation of projects on the platform you need to go through initial training (it takes about an hour).
Only moderated assessments are paid.
The estimate must contain a detailed analysis of Advantages of the project, Risks and disadvantages of the project, and may also contain Comment. Total all the fields on the project evaluation should not be less than 300 characters.
The moderator checks each project estimate and assigns it one of the statuses. Payment is made in W12 tokens and depends on the assigned status.
