Why would it be fake? Don't tell me that you've never heard about Bitcoin ATMs. I remember they were a huge thing in 2014 when people were actually spotting them in bars and stores. The first BTC ATM appeared in 2013 in Canada.
The one that OP found was actually in the news 6 months ago.
