I think you may have under cooked the transaction fee there - that's why it hasn't propagated or confirmed in the last 4 hours...
A fee of 0.0005 is probably the minimum for a transaction of this size (between 4 and 5 KB)
On a different note, I'm glad to see signs of progress with resurrecting business operations. Keep the updates coming
