But the way this forum treats "newbies" is just ugly. I though Bitcoin was about equality and transparency, but this forum is the opposite of Bitcoin. This forum is like old school bank world where cronyism is ruling.

Maybe the problem isn't with the system, but with you? Certainly going around calling people assholes and cunts probably isn't the best way to earn merit or establish a positive reputation.
