what is a good starting point for a newbie account to participate bounty? I already have tweeter and facebook account, can i start it
You don't need forum rank for twitter and facebook bounty because you are not participating in signature bounty, all you need is lots of twitter followers or lots of facebook friends.
Real ones if possible.
i have fb friends 5000 + 2k followers and 3500 follower on tweeter., maybe that is enough worth to join bounty sosmed ?, and if for bounty signature i will wait till my level up ,, because i see and read rarely anyone accept signature for newbie
