I tried alone to make a change activating the proxy and now the app does not open anymore .. the app crashes

Because you enabled SOCKS (proxy), to fix please do the following:
1) Open the Windows Run command (Windows Button + R)
2) Type in :
regedit
3) This might open a User Access Control Popup that will asks "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?", click "Yes"
4) This will bring up your Registry Editor, on the left hand navigation pane , expand the folders and go to the Freedomcoin-Qt folder.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER ==> Software ==> Freedomcoin, then click on the Freedomcoin-Qt folder
5)On the right hand pane, double click the "fUseProxy" name and change the value from true to false and click "OK"
6) Open your wallet and wait for your wallet to sync.
