I have seen many times that in local market BTC price are quite change from international market. Once the price of BTC in Indian market (Zebpay)used to be 2-3 lacks more than the price in bitfinnix. But todayBTC price in Indian price is 1 lack less than the price in bitfinnix , which is big ammount in terms of percentage.
I get it what you are saying here. Crypto currencies are traded at different volume and in complete different sphere when it comes to local and international market.
As for Indian exchanger ZebPay you might be very well known that Reserve Bank of India again warned them to shut down their bank accounts and thus has hampered bank withdrawal process of the Zebpay. This led to killing panic sell over the zebpay when then issued notice that if you have to withdraw the money then this is the right time as they know nothing about the later time.
Due to this it created big loop hole over this exchanger and its value has dropped dramatically.
