That's almost right. My first reading of the original IPO with no research into AMC or Ken made alarm bells ring.
I lobbied on the thread to have the IPO amended - it was completely restructured. I then researched Ken both indepth online, and also via a contact in Springfield who investigated the listed premises of VMC. All checked out and I then invested a small amount increasing that investment as time went by and more details came out. I'm very happy with every ACtM decision I've made. A shame you can't be - which is why you are desperately Trolling for your life before we list on CryptoTrade lol.
