All coins are dropping now because bitcoin is dropping. Altcoins price is based on bitcoin price so when the bitcoin price drop other coins follow.  It is just a domino effect of it.  Because of the volatility nature of bitcoin, nobody can predict the exact time when it will be stable.  I understand how you worry about your investment especially if you compared your initial investment to the market price today of your coins but instead of worrying, try not to monitor its price for a month so, you will not be stress and to prevent you from the panic selling of your coins.  Maybe by that time, bitcoin price already recover so your coins will recover too.  Remember that as long as you keep holding your coins, still you lose nothing because bitcoin will always have the tendency to recover and you always have the opportunity to gain back what you have lost when bitcoin price recovers.
