That's why it seems unlikely that price will go upto 25000$. There is so much uncertainty regarding crypto in different countries that people don't want to take any chance. If the Governments decides to allow the crypto with full confidence then it would boost the confidence od people and they'll be willing to invest more in it. Then we may have a chance at 25k.
