I think it's fair for someone to report what they are told, I called myself to help confirm. There is far too much judgement in this thread, people accusing others of being malicious when they are trying to help.
Can confirm that. I think the issue is really that there's no "count" provided by the system so they have to do it themselves...which doesn't seem reliable (aka you got 304 and I got 308 and 60 before...). I wonder if the representative I talked to before didn't wait for all the pages to load before giving me that number.
I think the best way to prevent that might be to add a note to the account.
