You should also ask for the investors prospectus (which they don't have) and the token service agreement (which they don't have) - they have a flashy website, some videos and a whitepaper.

Actually a lot of projects have only websites some videos and a whitepaper but that doesn't mean anything. Maybe as the funds start coming in, projects expand their documentation. Lets not forget that all of this is stil in the crowd funding phase so to speak.
