I filed 34 days after my order, when not in receipt of tracking information.
Note the e-mail address attached to the paypal account I sent payment to way back..... On the day I intended to open a non-delivery claim, which went straight to a dispute btw, I discovered this:
The above info is what tipped me over the edge to go ahead and file. Very glad I did. Some might say I should have put this out there a long time ago, but believe it or not, I thought these guys might actually ship something someday, so I kept to myself... sadly after watching 30 forum pages of WTF??? This is not the case.
