I use mobilminer app on my iPhone with mine peon. It allows monitor the state and allows start, stop, and restart mining remotely.
But does not allow any switching of the mined coin pool.

As for crypto switcher you might want to check out
MobileMinerApp instead, I believe it can do most of what you want (chain switching etc) and there is already a
plugin for MinePeon.
I don't use it myself (chain hopping is a bit of a dirty trick and does real damage to alt coins) but if you check out the thread on the MinePeon Forums linked above there are quite a few people that use it successfully.
