vual has the right idea. I've been following it for over a week and the prices always fluctuate like that. If there was ever a time to buy (other than during the very beginning), this is it.
Problem with that is.. miners found it. Not the true DOGE's. They slaughtered the coin. You cannot mine it at current difficulty and make money.
If you truly believe in the coin, then let all these asshats get out the way, and you will have a coin.
