Uh not that I'm depending Shitmain but, while the current events suggest that this might be true, there isn't any strong evidence that supports this claim.

I'm sure you will waste your time on filing a case against a Chinese company where almost all knock-offs came from and can get away with "They aren't the same".
B3s however, was advertised as it is and you got the actual product, nothing seems to be wrong unless all of the evidences are strong.
