This post should be pinned, to push more people to report. Mods, please I'm sure I'm not the only one supporting this idea.
Im all in for it too. It would even be better to have it on the actual Report to Moderator pop-up screen as a link to the guide, being therefore more effective than a pinned post, although I figure we wont see this happening.
