Not necesserly , I've been trading for a while now and I've noticed that everytime everyone is expecting a certain price movement in a certain periode of time , the opposite always tend to happen . Becaue you need to know that whales have the most power over the market and in order for them to increase their funds they need you to sell them not buy from them. So if everyone start buying when it gets near december they won't be feeding them.
Another thing is the fact that bitcoin might be then only coin that goes on a bull run this year . Because it's the only coin beside ETH worth investing in . People are fed up with the countless coins and tokens out there , the constant mess up and fails these coins have ,weither it's in their codes or their over hyped promises.
