It is forbidden to incentivize posts in your thread. Also known as ANN Shill bumping. It is considered as tagworthy by DT as well. Possibly the account(s) associated will also get banned from the forum.
Why you think its a problem?
Because you are creating fake buzz around our thread where people are coming to see it every second because it is being bumped in a shady manner. This is a good method to "Trick" investors into thinking that the project has a lot of potential while in reality it might not be so.
Yes, it is against the rules to incentive people directly post in any of your threads.
The important issue here however is that you're abusing the system. It's pretty obvious that you are using a service to spam your thread intentionally for the bumps and new views. Just stop. There's no way in hell all those are real organic posts.
Pay for regular advertising if you want exposure. Why exploit bitcointalk? This makes your ICO look real bad, why would anybody invest in a project using spam to advertise?
