Nothing against miner.rocks, but they usually have more than 50% of the total network hashrate, which is not a good thing for a decentralized coin. Besides, you will usually make more coins on a lower hash pool.
We're actively discouraging miners from mining from miner.rocks. Hence, it's off the list.
