Before you buy an ICO you need to evaluate the project first. Just to be careful  need to do research first because nowaday many ICO are scamming people. Buying ICo now is risky. So if i were you  im going to hodl  your eth and wait for it to gain profit. its good to invest in eth now in will rise again in the end of the year then go cashout and buy again if it will dumps again. but it depends on your understanding of the market
