You have not sold then you have not lost anything yet. Stop comparing the highest price with the current price. You do not sell at the top. Just invest what you are able to lose. That way, no matter what happens you do not need stress. Life is short and we do not have to worry about little things like shitcoins. Better to be safe and just invest in white chips like Bitcoin or Ethereum instead.
