The OPENWallet represents a collection of a users different states for each application th ey are involved in these states are represented as unique smart contracts. Each state  called the OPEN State  is referenced by address  IPFS address  on the Scaffold smart contract  but willreside on an off chain on a distributed data network  like IPFS. This anchors the data on the blockchain and allows for connections and verifications on the developer s existing backend. This is created by feeding in data to the Scaffold. Modularization is key to having flexibility and iterative capabilities.
