Can newbies not pm? Dont want to clutter feed but would be interested in some of these stickers
The "Allow newbies to send you PMs." option is unchecked by default on everone's account. We have to go into PM Options and check that box to receive newbie PMs but a lot of folks don't know about it.
My box has been checked, since the day theymos changed it. I am able, and have received many PM'S from newbies.
It could also be the time restrictions on newbie ranked members. Nonetheless, I'll add this to my tally.
