but making people wear a signature much longer doesn't cost any penny more, that's the point I don't get.. All what they have to do is to change the terms

I don't get it too, I find it very weird they can extend the bounty and get free marketing. But maybe they want to keep their words and show respect to the bounty hunters
I guess sometimes stuff happens - its hard to see things from the perspective of the ICO company. surely I hope that things were done according to what is right.
