I can't see how bitcoin can specifically help the disabled as it helps anyone who needs the assistance. What I mean is it doesn't matter if you are disabled or able, BTC can still be used by anyone.
If a person can type, he can earn a lot when dealing with the cryptocurrencies. It never matters if he is a disabled man: just use the time to earn money.
