Why would you "reserve" a spot for a simple conversation about coin pricing?

Any ideas on what a price should be?
I am bad at speculating, but I would say many times doge price because of difficulty. (Assuming people assign any value to it at all)
I'm fairly sure it will gain value with all the publicity around it.
