I have been in contact with someone who knows a dev team that can potentially take over the project however they want at least 0.3 BTC minimum which I said Boat doesn't have right now as there are no funds left due to the old dev leaving with the wallet with the pre-mine. I think its going to be tough to try and find a dev team willing to work for free but I will keep trying to find someone.
