The main two reasons are that you can't set a signature and also we require profiles that have some age and trust not newbie accounts that can be set up and spammed.



Sure, but you can ban those newbies from the bounty if they do spam, but I'm sure there are a lot of those that would follow the rules.
Plenty will follow the rules, it's not the issue.  The whole point is that it's a signature campaign so people will see the sig....newbies don't have enough room in their sign for anything Smiley
