I would have to disagree since some (a lot) of their recommendations turned out to be not-so-good projects after their launch. At the end of the day, we still need to look out for ourselves no matter how hyped a token may be.
On the other hand, the Menlo.one ICO marketplace will be launching its token sale this July. In an interview with their CEO, Matt Nolan, he claimed to have found the solution to ICO scams, false reviews, censored bad reviews due to bribes by making a decentralized ICO marketplace.
