Coinomat service is a separate project and and Waves partner. Waves Platform does not regulate any affairs connected to that service. All the questions related to Waves Platform can be answered on any Waves channels. Anyway, your question has been forwarded to the management, and you can get any information upon your request as soon as the answer from the management is received.

Coinomat was S. Ivanov's previous project...apparently abandoned. Very sad for anyone who invested in those tokens.
