I must agree to what is being stated above and in addition to the statement above it is very unlawful that you as a recruiter or as a company will not hire the persons with disabilities without knowing what are the skills that they acquire or that they have.
Im not sure if there is a specific law applied to this kind of case but, employers always hold the right to choose who to hire and who not to hire. In some countries they do hire applicants with physical disabilities as long as the work they applied for is not affected. Actually they are the most prioritized here in my place.
