Main fact is most of the icos now are scam. In them some project passed ico and distribute their token to the bounty hunters but there is no value of these token and there is no real exchange. And there is another problem about new comer. They come here only for bounties and do lots of spam in the forum. If there is any rule will create by the admin or moderator for the bounty about newbie and jr member then bounty will alive many days.What do you think about this?
